1D & you is Radio Show dedicated to anyone who likes One Direction! Enjoy a relaxing Sunday and join 1D & You between 4pm-5pm on Secklow Sounds (UK TIME)! 1D & You plays a variety of One Direction's music, news updates of each of the members, Harry, Louis, Niall, Liam and Zayn, competitions/games, fan interviews and lots more! 1D & You is aimed at bringing people together from across the globe, in order to create an entertaining evening show, where Directioners get interact and get involved! 1D & You is not only my show but more importantly its your show!
1D & You is created for fans who supported One Direction as band from any stage! It's also good for people who haven't had the opportunity to experience a One Direction concert! The radio show will hopefully be something that the fans can listen to and enjoy because the deserve something for being so supportive towards 1D!
The Name : 1D & You!
The name of the radio show, as you all may know is 1D & You! I went through many names, trying to find one best suited to sum up the description of the show! This is where I discovered 1D & You, and throughout this was the best possible outcome for a show title! The reason I chose 1D & You to be the name of the radio show is because I feel that although the show is about One Direction, it's more about the fans of 1D and them as people! I feel if 1D & You gets out there, it could be a 1Dful entertaining evening radio show, for fans all over the world to interact and create friendships! Overall I feel the name '1D & You' is subtle yet effective title!

My name is Nicole and I'm 18 years old! I have just currently finished studying Performing Arts at college and discovered in these two years that I have a passion for radio broadcasting! I would like to take the chance I have of getting as much experience as I can in Radio. That's why I have taken it upon myself to create a Radio Show at a community radio, Secklow Sounds! A Radio Show being based on a subject/topic that I can discuss with other people around the globe, and bring them together to create an entertaining evening radio show! This subject is known as One Direction! I really like meeting new people from all different backgrounds and passions! However having one thing in common! Overall I think living in social communities can help build everyones confidence!
